When and how do I get my template?
After purchase, your resume template will be available for immediate download. You’ll need to be logged in to access and download your files.
How do I download my resume template(s)?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a receipt with a instruction and download link. You can also access your downloads anytime from your purchase history. Go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Order Details’.
What is a zip file and how do I open it?
A zip files is a file that has been compressed for storage or transmission. Your resume will be a downloadable zip file.
Opening your zip file: First, download the zip file to your computer. On PC, select the file and select ‘Extract’ in the Windows folder (containing the zip). On Mac, click on the file for automatic extraction.
Help! Why can't I access my account?
In most cases, this can be fixed by clearing your browser cache. To do this, go to your browser’s ‘History’, select ‘Cache’ and then ‘Delete’. If you’re still unable to access your account, message us with the Contact form near the bottom of the Home page. Input ‘Login Issues’ in the Subject line. We will correct this issue ASAP!
Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed as soon as requested. Refunds are usually completed 1 day after the return is made. Your money will then be deposited into your account, and available for future purchases. Your available store credit can be viewed on your account page following login.

What font are used on the resumes?
Our resume templates are designed with fonts included on all Mac and Window operating systems. Template fonts are easily changed if you want to add a personal flavour.
Will the templates work on my Mac or PC?
The resume templates are formatted for Microsoft word. They can be opened on any device or operating system with Microsoft Word installed. In some case, they can be opened with open source Doc programs like Libreoffice. However, we can’t guarantee compatibility with these programs. Additionally, some resumes are available in PSD format. These can be opened with Adobe Photoshop on PC or Mac.
What is ATS and are your resumes ATS optimized?
ATS (applicant tracking system) is a software application used for the electronic handling of recruitment applications. ATS resumes need to be readable by this software application. Our ATS resumes are basic Word documents. There aren’t any text boxes or other design elements added. ATS resumes can be opened with Google Docs or another open source app. They can be saved in .doc format for ATS compatibility.
